Important Shipping & Delivery Information:
- When will my order ship? All orders placed before 3PM GMT (London time) Monday – Friday are shipped same day (bank holidays excluded). Any orders placed after 3PM GMT (London time) are shipped next day. Orders placed after 3PM GMT (London time) Friday are shipped on the following Monday.
- How long does it take to receive my order? 2-5 days in the continental US. *Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses can take up to 10 business days. Please note, shipping time can also be delayed by unexpected customs inspection.
- Signature Required for Delivery All our shipments are delivered by our logistics partner DHL. DHL will require a signature to deliver your package, so please provide a delivery address where your shipment can be received and signed for during normal business hours.
- US Shipping: Express shipments are processed by DHL. DHL provides convenient shipment tracking and flexible shipment scheduling options via SMS text message notifications. By clicking on the app provide in your SMS text notification, you may provide specific delivery instructions or reschedule your home delivery. Please provide your appropriate cell phone number on the check-out page to use this service.
- Public Holidays and Weekends: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on public holidays or weekends.

Taxes and Duties
- US Customs Duties: For individual customers (non-commercial) deliveries to the US, customs duties and processing charges are included in the price of the item.
- Order Values Greater Than $1,000: Please be aware that US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may require formal customs entry and additional duties and fees may apply. If this occurs, our courier (DHL) might contact you and request additional information for customs processing. CBP normally allows one week for you to provide this information prior to the order being returned to KITRI.
- If Additional Customs Duties/Fees are Assessed by CBP and paid by you, please contact us and we will credit your purchase on proof of payment (receipt/customs invoice).
- US Customs and Border Protection (CBP): KITRI partners with DHL Express shipping to make your shipping/delivery experience smooth and worry free. For more information, please reference the CBP website here.
- State/Local Sales Taxes: Please be aware that KITRI does not collect any US state and/or local sales taxes (as applicable). Each state/local jurisdiction is unique. For further information regarding sales tax requirements on purchases from overseas suppliers, please contact your local tax office.
- Insurance: Your purchase is insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from KITRI to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, the products are no longer insured.
