Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you’re not, we accept returns, and exchanges for a different size and/or color up to 28 days after you receive your order. Please follow the instructions below.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a completely different style, we ask that you return the original purchase and place a new order for the new style.
US Returns & Exchanges:
We’re sorry that we are unable to provide free returns to our US customers at this time. Whilst we’re working hard to provide a better service to you, we have partnered with ReBound to bring you an easy and low-cost return service for $10. Alternatively, you may return your item(s) using a courier of your choice. Please note that the returns costs are non-refundable and exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you via post free of charge.
1. ReBound Return Service
Please note that we have partnered with a service that consolidates returns in order to provide a low-cost and easy returns service to our customers. This means it may take up to 3 weeks for us to receive your return. Upon receipt, we will refund your item(s) within 48 hours.
To process your return/exchange with ReBound please find instructions below:
- Please click this LINK
- Enter your order number (without the pound symbol) and zip code. Click here for an example.
- Select which item(s) you would like to return/exchange. Please be sure to select your 'return reason' and if exchange; replacement size.
- Confirm your address and phone number.
- Choose a return method. There is a $10 processing fee (all shipping options).
- Print your shipping label and secure to package.
You will receive an email confirmation when your label is generated and will be able to track your package using the order number provided by ReBound.
We insure your package and we will refund you as quickly as possible upon receipt.
Other Customer Shipping Options
Using the Delivery/Return Note that came inside the shipment, please indicate the item(s) you would like to return and write in the return reason code. For an exchange, please indicate your preferred size/color. The Delivery/Return Note also serves as your official return notification. Insert the completed form inside the box together with the item you are returning, reseal the original shipping box securely.

Please Try on Garments with Care
- All returned items must have their original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, (uneverything!) and in their original packaging.
- No deodorant, make-up or perfume on returned garments.
- Please note items returned either damaged or without all the original tags attached will be sent back to you.
Credit/Debit Card Refund Processing
- We will send you a ‘Return Notification’ email once we have received your return.
- Your refund will be issued via the same payment method and in the same currency as your original purchase.
- We process returns quickly. We strive to process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your return package.
- Credit card companies can take up to 10 days to post your refund to your credit card account.
